I have a 285, 285hv, 555 and a B800. I am definitely getting a b400 or 2 but I can't decide if I should keep my 285's or not. I know I could use them at some point but there are smaller and more efficient flashes too. I will be traveling a lot and plan to get 2 f-stop backpacks, one for camera and lenses and the other for strobes and batteries.

why not keep them? The more lighting tools you have the better. There always good to have because of the portability.
